Essex LPC goes virtual.

Please check your e-mail for your invite for meetings

Please see attached details of our webinars proposed for this week. They are all scheduled to be 30 minutes long, and we are experimenting with different times of day to see what works!

On Tuesday 23rd June lunchtime (1.30pm) and Friday 26th June morning (8am) we will be focussing on the consultations audit proposed by PSNC for one day (of your choosing) next week. We will discuss how to complete the audit, the rationale behind it, what PSNC intend to do with the information and how it can benefit YOUR pharmacy. Although both sessions cover the same material they will both be “live” for Q&A, and will be recorded.

On Thursday 25th June morning (8am) and Friday 26th June lunchtime (1.30pm) we will go through the local Essex arrangements for Test and Trace which come into effect from w/c 29th June. This differs slightly from the current national programme and has both advantages and risks for pharmacy contractors. Again, the content will be repeated so you don’t need to attend both, but each session will be “live” for Q&A.

On Thursday 25th June evening (7.30pm) I am really hoping we will be able to have an update on the seasonal ‘flu programme for 2020/21: However if we do not have any details by then we will instead discuss Professor David Wright’s review of pharmacy representation, and address ‘flu when we can.

Please do let us know if there are any other subjects you would like us to cover, and any feedback on timings. We are also working with industry colleagues for some specific clinical educational webinars.

Look forward to “seeing” you throughout the week!
